About Me
Hey, I'm Tom, an Animation Director + Designer with agency and in-house experience in every step of the animation pipeline.
I've worked with businesses and projects of all sizes, from animating 50+ Times Square Billboards for major legacy media, to a small startup defining its brand. Upfront, prompt, and drama-free collaboration with my clients is my paramount priority, and produces the best work.
My specialties are 2D and 3D animation, branding, web, illustration, and graphic design.
Based in New York City, but flexible to work in any North American timezone.

I designed and animated title cards for several series on YouTube while at SiriusXM, my favorite being A Moment When. The series producer asked me to make something resesmbling a cartoon spy film, and I drew inspiration from Saul Bass title cards, UPA animation and the title cards to The Pink Panther.
Along with the titlecards, I also designed the thumbnails for these series and static teasers for social media.

In 2023 and 2024, LiSun Francisco and I collaborated on the visual look and animation for the Buffalo Film Festival, an event close to my heart in my home city. For each of these, I based my storyboards and frames on the poster and Brandbook designed by LiSun, and had free reign to create an animation that would advetertise the show and be shown before each film.

In 2025 we created additional animations for SiriusXM's classic mascot Stella. The agency Uncommon had redesigned Stella, and had hired animator Stephen Ong to animate an initial round of animations. Our team expanded on these animations for individual genre content. It was a privilege getting to animate her, especially since she was the entire reason I chose Sirius over XM when I was in high school (before they merged in 2005).

To celebrate Steve Aoki's take-over of the SXM Electro channel, Hogarth and T&P created a massive, 3-panel billboard on the Marriott building in Times Square. This campaign also included animated social media posts in various sizes.

When John Mayer debuted his SiriusXM channel, he filmed several promos in LA and took a very "hands-on" approach (even drawing a rough version of the channel logo). I created original graphics for these two promos, sprinkling in animations to correspond with John's monologue.
